What does it cost?

Is there a free trial?
No trial and no contract. You can cancel anytime, and you keep the free resources you've already downloaded.
Do I need a gym?
No. Every workout has a home option and a gym option, with swaps for whatever equipment you have.
Is it in Spanish?
Sí. The whole app works in English and Spanish: workouts, recipes, check-ins, community.

Giveaway rules
No purchase necessary and there is nothing to buy. Joining the waitlist is your first entry. The 60-second quiz adds 2 more. Every friend who joins with your link adds 3, up to 20 friends. Entries you earn carry into every drawing held after you earn them. An Instagram account is required so I can reach you if you win.
Anyone can join the waitlist, from anywhere in the world. Prizes can only be awarded to residents of the 50 United States and DC who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Winners are drawn every Tuesday and Thursday, and each drawing is recorded and posted. Entries you earn carry into every drawing held after you earn them, so the earlier you join, the more drawings you are in. Winners are contacted on Instagram at the handle you gave.
